Is Junkwize environmentally friendly?: We recycle up to 97% of the waste we collect. We also offset our carbon footprint via Ecologi.

What happens if there is more rubbish than I booked for?: You might need another skip, Junkwize will advise on the most cost effective solution for your needs.

Is my slot guaranteed?: For the skips we can only put in requests, we will do our best to attend at the requested time but we cannot guarantee.

Do I need to load myself?: Yes, you can skip the gym the day you looking to load the skip.

Do I need to be present on collection day?: If our staff can access the location/waste without you being present then there is no need for you to waste your time waiting for us.

What happens to the rubbish collected?: Junkwize ensures that every part of our supply chain follows the same values as ours.

Can I reschedule a collection?: Junkwize understand that plans can change, you can reschedule/cancel the job free of charge up to 24 hours before the job is due, after you might incur in cancellation fees.
