What happens if there is more rubbish than I booked for?
Our operatives will inform you prior to your collection so that you can make an informed decision and pay for the difference if you wish and it can be collected.
Do you provide a Waste Transfer Note?
This is the minimum we can do, our state of the art software will capture real time information and send you a job card with before and after photos, streams of waste and timings.
Is my slot guaranteed?
We’re on time 99.9% of our jobs. However, sometimes due to factors out of our control we might arrive late. In the unlikely case you’ll be kept in the loop with excellent communications from our team.
Do I need to load myself?
Junkwize will do the loading and sweeping up.
Do I need to be present on collection day?
If our staff can access the location/waste without you being present then there is no need for you to waste your time waiting for us.
What happens to the rubbish collected?
Junkwize ensures that every part of our supply chain follows the same values as ours.
Can I reschedule a collection?
Junkwize understand that plans can change, you can reschedule/cancel the job free of charge up to 24 hours before the job is due, after you might incur in cancellation fees.
What is extra time?
Extra time is charged when the job takes longer than the allowed time for the load you selected, this normally happens when the waste is at the back end of the property or anywhere else than the ground floor, or the legal parking is further than 10/15m form the waste
